Good day,
I am having issue with the edit appointment feature, I have set an appointment with a customer for 2:30pm the booking page showed appointment times in steps of 30 mins but when I try to switch to another employee or even change the time for that employee its only showing me time steps of an hour, please how can this be fixed? Here is a detailed screen recording https://screenrec.com/share/NkT2K1uBPY
Hi Michael,
Thanks for reaching out to us. This is because Amelia follows the employee work hours combined with the service duration, so when you change to another employee, he might have different work hours configured. When you go to User Role settings, Admin section, there is this option "Allow admin to book at any time"
If this is enabled, it will allow you to change the timeslots to any time regardless of the employee work hours.
Please, double-check and let me know if it works.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
