I recently installed Amelia and im very pleased with it's functionalities. But I have a problem. My customers are getting all the emails sent by Amelia, but not the order confirmation, invoices, sent by woocommerce. Woocommerce emails appear as sent on my email logger, but the emails never arrive. All other transactional emails are sent, except for the amelia orders.
This you must check with their support team. This is sent by their plugin and since Amelia notifications are working there is no issue with Amelia and this needs to be check and set in WooCommerce.
