We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi
I have one customer who can't see their purchased package on customer panel. Amelia is updated to latest version.
I tried to purchase a package with customer account myself, booked one session - I can see the session in their panel, but can't see the package.
Package is visible on back-end.
Please advise. Thank you!
Hello Riina,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Can you please let me know if there is any admin or employee with the same email as the customer user with which you were logged in when this error occurred?
If that is the case, you should change the email of that admin or employee and it will be resolved as it causes a conflict between roles and permissions.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic

Hi
Thank you for the clarification. I have checked - WP user is Amelia customer.
There are no other roles in Amelia - this person is only customer.
This user has only one account with this e-mail or any similar e-mails.
I can see an appointment that was booked while purchasing the package, but I cannot see the package on front-end.
Back-end, I can see that they have a package where this one appointmet was booked from and they have 3 more left from 4.
This package is Paid.
Hi!
I deleted everything related to this customer from Amelia and Wordpress side - user, package, appointmets, everything.
I've re-purchased the package and now it's visible in the account.
So it must've been a glitch.
You can close the ticket.
Hello Riina,
Glad to hear that the issue has been resolved.
My apologies if I already asked this before, but may I ask you for a small favor if you don’t mind?
Can you, please, leave a review on the Lite version of Amelia if you have an account at wordpress.org and have a couple of minutes? No need to write any specific text.
It’d mean a lot to us, and as a token of our appreciation, we would like to offer you a $10 credit for SMS notifications.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
