I'm trying to use Bulgarian labels on booking forms. I've translated the labels we need. When I switch to Bulgarian Language labels are shown correctly, then I publish the form and it says "Success". But when I go out and return or just reload the page the Language field is again empty and all labels are again in English.
In the page where Amelia widgets are added everything is in English. I'm using Catalog booking 2.0 and Event booking 2.0 Forms. I see the same behavior with both of them.
My Wordpress general setting is in En US and in Amelia general settings I have also Bulgarian.
Thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunatelly, currently, we don't have the Bulgarian language added. We are working on adding it in future updates, but as a current workaround, you would need to manually translate to Bulgarian. You can use third-party translation plugins such as LocoTranslate for example. You would need to select Amelia, then language (in your case Bulgarian) and then translate it according to your needs. We know it's a lot of work, but, we don't have translators in our company and translations are coming from our users.
Labels are useful when you have a multi-lingual website. Amelia uses "page locale" to recognize the language on the front end page, so when you have a multi-lingual site, Amelia shows the labels based on the translation in the backend and front end page locale. When there is just one language, Amelia reads this from the wordpress language settings (since it doesn't have its own settings). In your case, you have En US, therefore the backend and frontend is automatically translated to this language. Since we don't have Bulgarian added currently (we are working on adding this in future updates), you would need to translate the labels for this language and labels will be shown on the front end page.

Hi Stefan,
I’m a bit confused:
1.what is then idea of labels where I already did the translation work? I see they are working but not used
2. Why if a language is not supported is in the list?
3. I don’t need the whole Amelia translated I need only the booking form on my front end page. How to achieve that?
Thanks in advance.
Hi Orhan,
Labels are useful when you have a multi-lingual website. Amelia uses "page locale" to recognize the language on the front end page, so when you have a multi-lingual site, Amelia shows the labels based on the translation in the backend and front end page locale. I hope it helps.

Thanks Stefan, the proposed workaround did the job for front end.
