Hi, I have 2 resources, 1 employee and services that take 1 hour. The employee attends the customer in the first 10 min and last 10 min of the service only. That means no job for 40 min. So it would be cool to use resource 1 every full hour. E.g 8:00-9:00 and resource 2 every half hour e.g. 8:30 - 9:30. Do you have a solution for this?
Thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunatelly, this is not possible to configure with resources. Resources are meant to be used when you have a couple of services that you want to share with the employees. When you share a resource between services, it means you provide a resource that depends on the number of appointments, and it doesn’t rely on the service that’s booked.
Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page, to see if someone may have already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.
You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.
