We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hello. I have already set up the Paypal Standard checkout in Amelia. But  I'd like to use Paypal's Advanced Checkout because it offers more than the Paypal standard checkout, like Google Pay, etc.  

    I started to look at the instructions on Paypal as to how to set up Advanced Checkout, and it looks complicated.  Before I try to do all that, a very important question is:  Does Amelia support Paypal Advanced Checkout?  

    Does it integrate with Amelia with the Client ID and Secret?  Or is it something different, like a webhook...whatever that is :)  I need more information, so that I will know what to study in order to get it done.

    Hi Cynthia,

    Thanks for reaching out to us. Sorry to disappoint you, unfortunately, currently, PayPal option in Amelia only offers "standard" checkout. Yes, we are aware that you can have other options like Google Pay, but, currently, only the standard one can be used. It's the same thing with the other payments such as Stripe, and RazorPay, but, Mollie for example works like this. It offers the option to select additional payments. 

    Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page,  to see if someone may have already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.

    You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.
