2. The work hours increment depends on the Default Time Slot step which is configured in General Settings of Amelia.
The work hours you want to set needs to be dividable by that default time slot step, so if you want to create services that last 30 minutes, 60 minutes, and 1.5 hours, you would need to set the default time slot step to 30 minutes (because all 3 durations are dividable by it).
just got this...setting up global settings...
two things..
1.would be nice to see the time format displayed as 2:00pm instead of 14:00.
2. I want to change GLOBAL COMPANY HOURS TO 24/7. but I can ONLY configure this in 9 hour increments...
