Admin logins depend on the server configuration, and thus, if it was set to go through the hosting provider first, then it will be that way for Amelia as well.
You could reach out to your hosting provider to change this.

hello, is there a way to login to Amelia Dashboard without having to login to our hosting company. Can we create a direct login to Amelia?? pls. help
