Thanks for the link. You can use this CSS code to remove the margin between the menu and the customer panel.

As for the colors, we recently released the V2 of the customer panel, so you can find this template in the Customize section. Once you select it, you will find the option to change the colors there

We are currently working on employee panel v2, but here is the workaround 

 If you go to Amelia Customize/ choose Step 1.0 Forms,and enable "use global colors", 

then  the same colors you set for any of these "Step 1.0" Booking Forms, will be reflected in the Panels :

Make the changes you need, then "save",  clear the cache of the site,

then refresh the Employee Panel page, and check the result :
