I have created some custom HTML for some of my notification. But what I am seeing is that some templates automatically lose their format and design in my HTML. I did not use the text format to change anything. The design and HTML tags are disappearing automatically.
There is an issue when switching from HTML and text mode. Even if you do not change anything in text mode when you switch to it it will cause these kinds of issues. Please create again everything in HTML save but do not switch to text mode and then test again end let us know how it goes.
After saving a html notification when I open it next time it is opening in text mode. Is there any way to make the html format the default? Or is it like this: I can't open a notification that is built on html?
We can not replicate this on our end we are sending you a short video and you can send us short one minute video of the issue so that we can see how it looks on your end.
