I am trying to create an application through Meta to integrate WhatsApp with Amelia, and I am currently at the step of creating the API for the WhatsApp Business Platform. After selecting the business portfolio and clicking "Continue," a pop-up window appears with the following message: "Onboarding Failure. Please try again later or contact the support team to resolve the issue." I am unable to proceed from there. I have tried many times.

For this purpose, you will have to reach out to Meta support as this is outside of our scope of work as this is Meta issue instead of Amelia.

Estoy cansado de intentar crea la API de whatsapp, no encuentro un servicio de ayuda directo en Meta y ustedes (Amelia) tampoco me están ayudando mucho. Mi equipo y yo hemos decidido no colaborar más con Amelia, por lo tanto NO renovaremos el plan. Es TERRIBLE tu soporte!!!!!!!

Sin embargo, como mencioné anteriormente, la integración de WhatsApp y la creación de la API están fuera del alcance de nuestro soporte, ya que estos problemas están relacionados con Meta y no con Amelia directamente. Te recomendaría contactar directamente al soporte de Meta para obtener asistencia específica con la creación de la API y los problemas de integración.
