We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
hello Amelia
Im having Issues configuring my Amelia eMPLOYEE WITH outllok Calendar and would like to clarify something before i investigate other avenues.
The latest tutorial https://wpamelia.com/configuring-outlook-calendar/#Connect-employees-with-their-Outlook-accounts specifies that the Redirect URI (Copied from Amelia) needs to be input and will always takes the format of https://websitename.com followed by /wp-admin/.
I use the plugin WPS Hide Login to edit my WP login url. Let just say its https://websitename.com//gold/. Below that is the Redirection URL https://websitename.com//404/
Question: Does the Login URL, Redirection URL, and Redirect URI have any relationship and which ones have a consequence on Configuring Amelia with Outlook Calendar?
Note: When i open Amelia settings > Integration > Outlook Calendar, the field Redirect URI reads https://websitename.com//gold/ . At this stage i dont know if it was me that edited it here or not. Is it correct or should it end end with /wp-admin regardless of everything else.
I need to clarify all of above before i revisit the Microsoft Azure step once again.
Thank you
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out with your question about configuring Amelia with your Outlook Calendar.
The Redirect URI is crucial for proper integration between Amelia and Outlook Calendar. It should indeed end with /wp-admin/, regardless of any other changes you might have made to your WordPress login URL using the WPS Hide Login plugin. This format is essential for the correct functioning of the integration.
In your case, if the Redirect URI currently reads https://websitename.com//gold/, it is not correct. You should update it to end with /wp-admin/, so it should be https://websitename.com/wp-admin/. This ensures that the integration process completes successfully and that Amelia can properly communicate with Outlook Calendar.
Please make this adjustment and then revisit the Microsoft Azure configuration steps. If you encounter any further issues or need additional assistance, feel free to reach out.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
