Hi. I've just configured the Amelia plug in, and I want to test it. I booked a lesson and paid with paypal. That looks like it's fine. I have configured the Front end customer panel, so I'm trying to log in to it, but it says 'incorrect email or password'. So I clicked on reset password located on the sign in page, went to my email and clicked on the link. However, that link just sent me back to the same page where the same log in credentials are prefilled and there is the same error message 'incorrect email or password'. I erased everything and refilled but no luck. I've been reading trying to figure it out but can't. Is it because I am logged in to wordpress as the administrator? I tried to reset my wordpress user password and use that new one, but it didn't work. I tried purging the cache, but it didn't work. Maybe I can't log in as a customer because I'm the administrator. Could that be the problem? Also, my site isn't launched yet, so I'm just working inside wp, I guess. Does that have something to do with the log in error? Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we couldlog in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Since it works fine in the real situation with a real customer, I would not change any configuration now, but please keep an eye on this and let me know if the same issue reoccurs.
