We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

1. In the pro-option, there is cart option. So this allows multiple services to be booked at the same time right?
2. Is there an option where we can connect a button on any page to directly add an item/booking straight to the cart?
3. Also, for the packages option, can a customer buy a package with finite set number of bookings and can they book and modify any of those bookings under the package?
4. Can we create different tiers of packages and can customer upgrade or downgrade their packages?

When you have several questions or issues please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions that are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily.

1. In the pro-option, there is cart option. So this allows multiple services to be booked at the same time right? - This allows you to book several appointments in one go and to pay for all of them at once. You can read more about it on this link https://wpamelia.com/configuring-payments/#cart
2. Is there an option where we can connect a button on any page to directly add an item/booking straight to the cart? - No, it does not work like that. They all must be booked on one booking form.
3. Also, for the packages option, can a customer buy a package with finite set number of bookings and can they book and modify any of those bookings under the package? - No, when you create a package you set the number of appointment that they can book and you set the price for package and what services are included. 4. Can we create different tiers of packages and can customer upgrade or downgrade their packages? - No, unfortunately, currently this feature is not available in Amelia. This would be some sort of membership feature and we do not have such option built in.
