We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Hello, I am integrating Amelia into a nutritional counseling website. The nutritionist will offer free video call services and an online nutritional consultation plan that costs 649 MXN. The issue is that she also offers a discounted package of 4 nutritional consultations at a reduced price. So far, everything is fine, but these nutritional consultations must be monthly to ensure regular progress monitoring of the clients.

I believe there might be a problem if a first-time client decides to purchase the promotional package and schedules, for example, 2 consultations in the same month or more. Is there an option to limit the selection of days and times so that only one nutritional consultation can be scheduled per month, or even better, so that clients can only select the same day in successive months?

I hope I have explained myself clearly, as English is not my native language. Thank you very much.

    Hello Juan,

Thank you for reaching out and for explaining the situation clearly.

Regarding your question, Amelia does have an option to limit the number of appointments a customer can book. However, this limitation does not apply to appointments made through a package. This means that while you can restrict the number of single appointments a client can book, the restriction won’t apply if they purchase a promotional package, which might allow them to book multiple consultations in the same month.

This could be a potential issue with your package offering, where the goal is to have one consultation per month. To manage this, I recommend adding a note or guideline on the booking page to inform clients about the intended scheduling process (e.g., one consultation per month). Additionally, you could manually monitor the bookings and reach out to clients if they accidentally book multiple consultations in a single month.

If this feature would be beneficial to your business, I encourage you to suggest it on our feature request page, where we collect and prioritize user feedback for future updates.

Please let me know if you have any other questions or if there's anything else I can assist you with.

    Kind Regards,

    Uros Jovanovic
