We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I was reading the documentation on image columns, Image columns - wpDataTables - Tables and Charts WordPress Plugin. I can't figure out how to add the two sticks to show a thumbnail and click to show the larger images. When adding an entry the only option is to upload or select an image. There is not an option to select a thumbnail image. How do you make this work? Thanks

Ok. I figure out how to get the URLs in with the || but when clicking the image the image does not open in the lightbox using WP Lightbox 2. The image opens in another tab.
Hello,
The functionality for Lightbox can only be used only with our non-editable tables type, as we noted on this Documentation for Image columns;
or in other words "non-server-side tables";
If you have a server-side processing table, you could do a workaround.
For example, you won't be able to use it for Manual Tables.
But you could easily make a new SQL Query-based table which pulls the same data,
and disable server-side processing in the Data Source settings of that table.
Here are the steps : In your Manual Table, you can check under Editing tab, what is their "MySQL Table name".
Then make a new SQL Table like this : "SELECT * FROM Table_Name",
and disable server-side processing, this way you could make the LightBox work.
If you need the main source data to be editable from our plugin,
for example, a use-case could be to use the main Manual Table for Administrators to edit in the back-end,
and for front-end to be able to open images in LightBox, you could pull that data into the new SQL Table.
Let me know if that makes sense, and if you have any questions. Thank you.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
