    Hi,

There is something a little bit confusiong for Appointments management when two or more different clients make and appointment for the same time interval:

Let's say a client makes an appointment for two visitors at 10am. At the first moment the appointment is shown as pending, everything ok, an then the Amelia administrator change the state to approved. In such a case, at the appointments panel, in the backend, the appointment is marked as approved, everything ok till now.

Afterwards a different client makes another appointment fot the same time slot visit, same service and same consultant for three peolpe more. Appointment is pending but, at the appointments panel, in the backend,  yo cannot see the real state of the appointment for that three people (pending) unless you click in the pencil (edit tool).

That way, the Amelia administrator cannot see what is pending inside a time slot, when different clients has make different reservations for the same time slot, unless the Administrator clicks on everything edit tool for those appointments.

Not really user friendly this little detail.

Any advice or improvement will be appreciated, regards,

    Alberto

    Hello there,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

This is due to your settings. So you can see all users that have booked but individual status for each new user pulls the original settings that you have set.

So you can set in general settings or in service edit service settings that default status is approved for appointment and then each new customer will be automatically approved.

If you set is as pending you will need to approve it after each booking. Just change your settings to approved and then you do not have to change it manually.

Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.

We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.

    Kind Regards,

    Hi Marko,

    Thank you for your answer.

Nevertheless, what I would like to achieve, if possible, is the following:

    - All appointments should be set to pending till the Amelia administrator aproves the appointment (that's a client need)

    - Quick/easy view of pending appoitments for any user even if the appointment is inside the sema time slot and service of another previously approved appointment (for the time being, as fas as I know, the only way to see if such an appointment is pending is to hover on group appoitment or click on edit button -pencil-. This way the Amelia administrator has to hover on every group appoitment and also leads to a high propbability of human failure)

Thank you in advance for your suppport,

    Alberto

    Hello again,

This is how it works if you set it to pending then you need to edit the appointment to approve them manually. What you want is not possible to achieve at this Im afraid.
