We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello, we are using events to manage our last minutes offer. So we are using the Event list 2.0 shortcode. We have two questions about it.
We have decreasing prices using Custom pricing option (by date range). Questions are :
1/ We are currently using Amelia to sell event tickets, and we have set up a system where the price decreases based on how close the purchase date is to the event date. We would like to display the original price next to the discounted price, with the original price crossed out (strikethrough) to show the savings clearly.
Could you please guide us on how to achieve this? Is there a built-in feature or a recommended customization to display both the original and discounted prices side by side on the event listing?
2/ We are using the date filter to allow users to select a specific date for events. However, we noticed that when a date is selected, the events listed include not only those on the chosen date but also those occurring after it. We would like the filter to show only the events on the selected date. Is there a way to modify this behavior so that only events on the specific date are displayed?
Your guidance on these matters would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
