Since Yesterday, the amelia shortcuts doesn't work anymore, means the events were not showed on the webseite. When I deactivate Elementor Pro, Amelia works. In the past it used to be fine.
I reinstalled Elementor Pro and Amelia (both latest version). But still the same problem.
Thanks for reaching out to us. Not sure what is your configuration, but I would rather say that this is an issue with the caching plugin. Usually, in most cases, when the event lists (booking forms) are not visible on the front end is because of the conflict with the caching plugin. So far, we haven't had reported issues with the Google Tag Manager.
that‘s what I thought too. But the cache plugin was disabled.
I configured yesterday the google tag manager (on google website) for Google Consent Mode v2. Then the problem starts
I did almost everything on wp backend activating/deactivating plugins. Nothing works. This morning I deactivated the Tag for gcm, and amelia with elementor pro worked again.
Strange, indeed, but i'm not familiar with this conflict. Honestly, Google Tag Manager is not that used compared to the other plugins, but I suppose that the issue can only be on Elementor, as well. You've mentioned that if Elementor is deactivated, then Amelia works? I suppose you need GTM enabled?

Hi,
After 6 hours of investigation, the problem was in the Google Tag Manager!?!
It works fine now.
Kind regards,
Marco
