Scheduled SMS notifications are added to queue but do not send. When I refresh in the SMS History tab, they all show as undelivered.
SMS notifications were working as of 8/19. Even test SMS notifications do not send now. All phone #s are US-based.
Email notifications work fine, WP Cron is working.
This is the third or fourth time in the last 4 months that SMS notifications have stopped working for 24-48 hours and then suddenly started working again later.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Unfortunately, our provider recently experienced some temporary issues, which resulted in SMS messages not being sent. We have addressed the situation, and it has now been resolved, so SMS messages should function properly moving forward.
Please note that this issue was related to the provider's settings and is not connected to Amelia or our support team. However, if you encounter any further issues, please do not hesitate to inform us, and we will promptly follow up with the provider to resolve them.

This morning I have tried testing with a new appointment and with the "Send Test SMS" button. Both do not send to the multiple US-based phone numbers I've tried. The appointment scheduled SMS message was triggered and added to the SMS History queue, but when refreshed says Undelivered. I see the same status in the cPanel notifications table.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we can log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Mark, I see that you've already opened a new ticket regarding this case. Unfortunatelly, it's the provider issue, so a lot of users are experiencing the same issue. My colleague will also investigate your case.
