I am contacting you regarding an issue we've encountered with the Amelia booking plugin on our website, safc.pro. While the plugin functions perfectly on desktop, it fails to display the booking form on mobile devices. Interestingly, we do not face this issue on our other site, fivdo.fr, where the plugin works seamlessly across both desktop and mobile platforms.
Could you please assist us in resolving this problem? We rely heavily on mobile traffic, and it is crucial for us to provide a consistent experience across all devices.
Issues like this usually occur when there is a conflict either with the theme currently active on your website, or another plugin you have installed.
Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved? If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved. If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred.
Yes indeed, the problem was coming from a plugin called "Header Footer Code Manager." Once I deactivated it, everything went back to normal, and the form is now displayed on phones too!
