We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
I hope you're doing well. I wanted to inquire if it's possible to set a daily limit per service in Amelia. We offer several services, including:
My goal is to ensure that each service can be selected only once per day. If a service is chosen, it will be completed on the same day. Each service has its own separate limit, allowing different clients to choose different services on the same day (e.g., one client can select Starroof, and another can choose Custom Seatbelts).
However, if a client selects multiple services at once (e.g., Wrapping and Ambient Lighting), this selection should not count toward the daily limit for each service. This is because when multiple services are chosen together, they are scheduled over multiple days rather than being completed on the same day.
Is it possible to configure this in Amelia? If so, could you please guide me on how to set it up?
Thank you in advance!
Hello Gokay,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
At the moment, there is an option to limit appointments per employee in Amelia.
This can be done from the Amelia/Settings/Roles/Employees page.
Please let me know if that works for you or not.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
