Hi,
I have some issues with Amelia notifications.
1. Once an event has been booked, the notification window will display the corresponding start time of the activity. However, in the notification email, the guest will receive a start time one hour later. This is only the case for events, not for meetings.
2. The employee will not receive an email notification of the event booking, only if an appointment is booked. The test email will be sent by the system. Otherwise, all of notifications will be sent for the guests, too.
3. When editing the notifications, you will not always see the same as what the system sends later by email.
I have attached some photos and you will see what I said:
Thanks for your help.

Hi Roland,
Thanks for reaching out to us. First of all you want to double-check the timezone settings. Amelia doesn't have its own timezone settings, and it uses the WP timezone settings. It should be configured to the nearest city in your timezone instead of UTC. More about timezone in this article - Time Zones with Amelia
For an employee to receive a notification, you need to make sure that the employee is added to the "stuff" field in Event settings. This will allow your employees (or other emails) to receive all the notifications regarding the booking.
Also, the reason why the text is not the same is probably because you have added additional languages, and therefore you now have templates for multiple languages
You want to make sure that the correct template is edited. One more note is that you don't need to add the same language to additional languages if you already have it configured as the default one.
I hope it helps.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
