Hi,
I am developing a booking engine for my gym. I created several packages (one month, two months, three months packages) from a service (gym lesson 1 hour).
I cannot restrict the possibility of booking gym lessons in a specified period. For example, given the monthly package of 4 gym lessons, I would like to limit the booking to only once per week and in a maximum time of 1 month.
Is it possible?
Sam
Hello there,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, currently this feature is not available in Amelia. What you is a membership feature os some sorts and Amelia does not have this option.
The best that we can offer you is this option called Limit appointments per customer and you can set this in services edit service
At this time this is the only option that we have regarding a limit. Hope this helps in some way.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]

Hi Marko,
I tried to create a service with a limited number of appointments per week equal to 1.
Then I created a package with max 4 appointments.
Unfortunately, when I try to book the 4 slots, I can book multiple appointments in the same week or even on the same day (please see the attachment). Seems that the trick you suggested didn't work. Is there any flag in packages or in the appointment options I should set?

Hello again,
I checked this with our Dev team and what you want is not possible to achieve Im afraid. This option is working but it is only for single appointments not for appointment that are part of a package. As we mentioned this would be some sort of membership feature and Amelia does not have this kind of options.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
