Hi we haven't been able to make the folders work with wpDataTables. Right after purchasing it, we cannot view the tables from the dashboard (img1), and creating new tables doesn't show up, but the total number of tables is updated in the folder All Tables.
Creating a new folder shows an error as well (img2).
Please let us know what we can do to fix this problem.
It seems your Plugin installation somehow did not create all the required tables in your WordPress SQL Database, maybe something from the hosting server prevented it/bad permissions configuration or similar.
It is extremely rare to happen, so here is what you can try.
Please disable our Plugin, then purge all cache of your Site with any caching Plugin.
Then re-activate wpDataTables in the Plugins list, and purge cache again.
Check if the tables start loading as normal after that.
You could also double-check with your Hosting Support if they can ensure that our Plugin has full read/write permissions on your WP SQL Database, that could help isolate the issue.
If that does not help, we can remote in to inspect this issue for you, but we would need full access for the following :
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your website where this happens,
as well as FTP credentials and access to the database ( either link with credentials for PHPmyAdmin, or access to Hosting Panel),
so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I am delighted to hear that this has been resolved. Thank you for letting us know. Anything else that we could assist with, please don't hesitate to create new tickets.

Hi Miloš,
Disabling, reacting and purging caches worked for this.
Thanks a lot!
