    FEATURES: STANDARD PLAN 

    I am looking for a plugin that acts as a booking system to install on a WordPress website. This booking system needs to sync in real-time with Microsoft Outlook’s calendar, so any changes made in Outlook will instantly reflect on the website, and vice versa.

    The booking system should allow me to set a specific number of booking slots per day, with the option to offer up to 3 or 4 slots on any given day, depending on our availability.

    I also want to include a calendar on our website that visually shows booking availability using a simple color-coded system:
    - Green indicates that the day is fully open for bookings.
    - Yellow means that some slots have been taken, but there are still openings available.
    - Red shows that the day is fully booked with no remaining slots.

    Is the STANDARD Plan of the Amelia Booking Plugin a tool that can cover all of this requirements?

    Hello,

    Based on your requirements, the STANDARD Plan of the Amelia Booking Plugin partially covers your needs:

    1. Outlook Calendar Sync: Amelia does allow syncing with Outlook Calendar, but it only syncs in one direction—from Amelia to Outlook. Changes made in Outlook will not reflect back in Amelia, which is a significant limitation for your needs.
    2. Booking Slots Per Day: You can set up the capacity for each individual service, which means you can control the number of booking slots available on any given day.
    3. Visual Availability Calendar: Amelia does not currently offer a front-end calendar with color-coded availability (Green, Yellow, Red) as you described. You may need to use custom development or a different plugin that supports this feature.

    Given these points, the STANDARD Plan of Amelia might not fully meet your needs. You might want to explore other booking plugins or consider custom development to achieve the exact functionality you require.
