I have auser Ilse, who has 2 roles, both as Amelia Manager and one as Amelia Customer. For both she has two different mail addresses 9as this is needed to avoid conflicts in Amelia). However if i give her access to backend she still only sees her own bookings.
I have another user with same role and permissions and also 2 mail addresses (one as customer and another one as manager) and he can see all bookings, so what is the difference??
Thanks for reaching out to us. Not just different emails, but it's also recommended to keep one user role per WP user. So, either Admin or Customer or Manager. By default, an Amelia Manager doesn't have all the permissions as the admin, but since you also have connected the Amelia Customer, therefore Amelia is confused and it only lets her see the appointments that are assigned to her. Generally, you want to avoid this, since the user permissions are not the same and they are based on the user roles.
The problem with this approach is that it forces a site owner to give an employee full access to their site when all we want them to do is be able to fully manage Amelia's bookings for all other staff members. Is there another way to accomplish this?
