I am having issues scheduling an appointing for the same client with two different employees for the same time slot.
I have multiple appointment scheduled at the same time with the same client with multiple employees, but for some reason It’s not letting me schedule this one for the the same time slot. once I schedule for 1pm, when I try to schedule the other employee with the same client at 1pm, it only allows me to select either 12:30, or 1:30. please let me know what I need to do.
Amelia does not allow a customer to be booked for multiple appointments at the same time slot with different employees. This limitation ensures that each customer can only be booked for one appointment per time slot to avoid scheduling conflicts.
In this case, you would need to adjust the appointment times so that the customer is booked with different employees at different times. For example, you could schedule one appointment at 1:00 PM and the other at 1:30 PM.
Please let me know if you have any further questions or if there's anything else I can assist you with.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
