We have got 3 questions regarding functionalities of the plugins
1.) Consult with amelia if it is possible to take the editing panel of schedules, services, prices to a custom window with some shortcode. - - Panel where employees set their hours, schedule, prices, we would like to put in a custom tab in order to make them as "user-friendly" as possible. Is there any shortcodes available to achieve that?
2.) Investigate if it is possible to set a minimum price for all services. We need to avoid that some employee set prices below 15 USD
3.) Set the minimum capacity of the services to 1 and the maximum to 10, independently of what the professional sets in his panel, so that this limit cannot be exceeded. - - We have seen this as mini bug. We configuired some services to maximum of 10 people, but employee can set this to any number they wish... 100 if they want, but this must not be possible, if admin configures a serevices to a maximum of 10 people, they cannot set a higher number of people allowed in that service
Thank you for reaching out with your questions. I'll address each of your inquiries below:1. Customizing the Employee Panel for Schedules, Services, and Prices
It is possible to create a custom panel for your employees where they can set their hours, schedules, and prices, but there isn't a specific shortcode to take the entire editing panel to a custom window directly. However, you can use the Amelia Front-End Employee Panel, which allows employees to manage their schedules, services, and prices in a user-friendly way. You can find more information about it and how to set it up here: Amelia Front-End Employee Panel.
2. Setting a Minimum Price for All Services
Unfortunately, Amelia does not currently support setting a minimum price that employees cannot go below. If employees are given the ability to set their own prices, there is no option to enforce a minimum price limit within the system.
3. Enforcing Service Capacity Limits
Regarding setting a minimum and maximum capacity for services, Amelia allows you to set these limits, but it currently does not enforce them strictly if employees have access to change capacities. If you configure a service to have a maximum of 10 people, employees should not be able to exceed this limit, but as you've noticed, this might not always be the case. This is something we're aware of, and it might require further investigation or custom code to enforce this limit strictly.
