I have a cleaning business & I am currently setting up on the amelia wordpress booking tool.
I have areas that my cleaners do not service & I want to know when a customer is entering an address or postcode that is not within my service area it will stop them continuing with the booking?
I wanting to eliminate the need to send cancellation of bookings & have to issue refunds.
If anyone has a solution to this it would be greatly appreciated.
Unfortunately, currently this feature is not available in Amelia. There is no option that will stop customer to book for any reason in Amelia. So what you want is not possible with Amelia I'm afraid.
