Hello, Clients are trying to book an event but when they try to check out, they are just getting a waiting symbol that does not complete. I have multiple clients with this issue right now.
Thanks for reaching out to us. Looking at your booking form, I can see that you have the online payment method enabled, but I'm not sure which one (probably Stripe)? Have you checked the keys, API credentials? In most cases, the issue is related to the wrong credentials used for the online payment methods.
In that case, please provide the WP admin credentials so I can log in and take a better look.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Apologies for the delayed answer, I took some time to test. Apparently, the PayPal option is working properly, but Stripe has a loading/waiting symbol because of the Zip option.
This only happens when you are testing the Stripe but when you go "live" it will not require you to enter the zip code unless you are from Canada or US.
I'm not sure if they have a phone number, but you can reach out to them here. I've just tried both test and production and it doesn't work for some reason. Let me know once they reply, I will continue the investigation with the developers.
I have talked to strip support they say it is on Amelia's end of things. I am more referring to TMS plugins for support. I am sorry if this comes off rude, but I am losing business by the day and the support ticket process takes to long to resolve the issue I may need to look at a different booking plugin.

Would you be able to provide us with a Staging site, along with WP-admin (Administrator) user, FTP credentials and the database access ( Either link with credentials for PHPMyAdmin or Hosting Panel), so our developers can debug the plugin, and see what's going on?
Apparently, the issue was related to Captcha. After disabling this, there is no infinite loading, but it shows error when testing with the test card only. So, customers should be able to book with real credit cards now.
Customers would need to solve captcha now, at least until you configure your website to use invisible recaptcha.
Sorry I left work for a bit of a family thing. Ok well I changed my primary payment service to square to deal with the issue. So if you like you can close this ticket

This is the quote from their documentation:
"Note that ZIP and postal code validation depends on your customer’s billing country. Use our international test cards to experiment with other postal code formats"
if your customers are from Canada, they would need to enter the Zip code as well when booking.
