Hi, we offer the option of booking 1 single class or a package of 10 classes. All classes must be paid in advance. I have set up the "Pricing" sections of Services and Packages in the exact same way: the "Deposit Payment" switch is on, the "Deposit type" is set to "Fixed amount", and the "Deposit amount ($):" is prefilled set to the total cost of service.
These settings work perfectly for the Service (single class), where the customer sees the Total Amount in "Paying Now"; however, for the Packages, customers see the Total amount in "Paying Later". This is very confusing for our customers. How can I fix it? Please advise.
We will have to take a further look into this, but in the meantime, I would suggest that you simply remove the deposit option if the deposit amount is the same as the full price of a service/package.

Please let me now if you need additional information or if my question wasn't clear.
Thank you!
Hello Lycia,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We will have to take a further look into this, but in the meantime, I would suggest that you simply remove the deposit option if the deposit amount is the same as the full price of a service/package.
Please let me know if that works for you or not.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
