Issues with WooCommerce integration / Amelia Booking Status Updates

    Dear Support Team,

    I’m experiencing issues with how Amelia handles booking status updates in relation to order statuses in WooCommerce.

    Issue 1: When an order is under the "Pending Payment" status, Amelia correctly creates a booking with a "Pending" status. However, if the order status is manually changed to "Processing" or "Completed," the Amelia booking remains in the "Pending" status and does not update to "Approved" as expected.

    Issue 2: When an order is automatically updated to "Processing" or "Completed" after a successful credit card payment, the corresponding Amelia booking still remains in the "Pending" status instead of updating to "Approved."

    What Works Fine: If an order is placed on "On Hold" status, Amelia creates a booking with a "Pending" status. When the order is subsequently changed to "Processing" or "Completed," Amelia correctly updates the booking to "Approved" status. There is no issue with this scenario.

    Could you please assist in resolving these issues so that Amelia updates the booking status to "Approved" when the order status changes to "Processing" or "Completed"?
