I just add a new user to wordpress and set his role to Amelia manager, his email is totally new to wordpress so there should not have double role issue, but when he trying to use Amelia, it keep showing "Oops! You don't have permission to manage plugins.", what should I do with it? Thanks
Thanks for reaching out to us. Well, the Amelia Manager user role doesn't have all the permissions that an Admin has, so I'm not sure what you wanted to edit. For example - The “Amelia Manager” role has almost the same permissions as an “Administrator” role but with a few important differences. A manager is allowed to hide but not delete anything; a manager cannot customize the front-end look of the plugin and doesn’t have access to the WordPress settings.
For any changes in the backend and general "control" over the WordPress settings, we certainly recommend the admin user role. You can find more information regarding the user roles on this link.
