Issues like this usually occur when there is a conflict either with the theme currently active on your website, or another plugin you have installed.
Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved? If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved. If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred.
I did that. The only stuff I have on the site is sitegrounds essentials for their server, woo commerce and their plugins and a business manager. I changed the theme to the default wordpress one and still nothing.
I use the sitegrounds cache plugin. When I disabled it, it did show up. I cant have the site run without the cache plugin. Any idea what could stop it from displaying on mobile?
The solution would be to exclude Amelia from caching.
There is a plugin called "WP Plugin Manager" that is used to disable certain plugins from specific pages. You can install it and disable that plugin from the page where the calendar did not load like this for example
The Amelia should load fine after that or you can turn of the optimizer plugins. The other option is to try using the other plugins such as Litespeed Cache, but you would also need to exclude the pages from caching.
I am trying to launch the site but the amelia widget in elementor and the shortcode does not show on mobile side no matter what I do.

Hi Herbert,
How about the caching plugin? Do you have any caching plugin installed? Please try disabling this as well.
