In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Hi,
I'm making a wordpress/woocommerce website that should support purchase of voice coaching sessions, piano lessons and others.
Task: When a customer picks a product (say 5x piano lessons) they should be able to themself choose the 5 session dates.
It can be before payment or after.
Dates should not necessarily be same weekday the following 5 weeks, but could be randomly picked for x period (say a 1 year).
Ex. 1. session Monday next week, 2. session Wednesday in 4 weeks, 3. session Tuesday in 5 weeks. etc.
Does Amelia provide this kind of flexibility?

Hi Anders,
Thanks for reaching out to us. By default, Amelia only allows the selection of one appointment per booking, but we created a feature called "Cart". With this option enabled, your customers will be able to choose multiple appointments for multiple services per booking. I recommend checking out this link for more information, but of course, if you have any other questions, feel free to ask.
