I am having some issues trying to send the right notification to a new customer with Amelia.
The thing is that when a new customer books an appointment for the first time (withouth being login/register neither in Wordpress or Amelia) a notification is send straight away to their emails (Appointment Pending notification) but is not the one with the access to the customer panel.
Should I have to place the customer panel notification in the appointment notification? and in that case, are they going to receive both notifications (one with the pending notification and the other one with the customer panel?)
I have the Automatically create Amelia Customer user option enable, the customer panel enable and the require password for login.
Customer panel access notifications are not sent unless you add a customer panel placeholder in the notifications
If you want to send them access to a panel you need to add this placeholder in approved and in pending notificaitons. Access to panel is not sent automatically. You either must click on forgot password on the panel or you need to add a placeholder in notifications.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
When you have several questions or issues please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions that are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily.
Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.
Thank you for understanding.
You are most welcome, and unfortunately, currently this feature is not available in Amelia. Thi s would be some sort of membership feature and Amelia does not yet have that .
But there may be a workaround you're interested in. Any membership plugin (like MemberPress, Ultimate Member, etc.) allows you to create pages that are inaccessible to some (for example non-logged-in users).
You can also create custom logic, so a user can access this page once a month (for example), but we're not sure about that, since we don't work with Membership plugins.
Perhaps this helps.

Hey,
Thank you for your help,
Is there a way to prevent customers from booking an appointment in Amelia without being registered (from my WP)?
I am using two menus in WP and when the registration comes from booking (in Amelia plugin) the second menu does not appear for this customers.
Thanks Marko
