Concerning the email notifications sent out, the one to the customer is sent out immediately after a booking, but the one to the Employee is not sent out then, sometimes it is almost a whole day before that message is sent, all the default settings are being used, what could be the issue?
Are talking about regular notifications or about reminder notifications?
Regular notifications that are tied to status of appointment are triggered in Amelia immediately so if customer receives it than notification is sent to emplyoee also since they all use same settings. So if this emplyoee receives it a lot later then it is best that they reach out to their mail provider so that they can check what is the issue. We can not influence this but Amelia trigger notificaitons immediately. This does not sounds like an issue with Amelia but with their mail provider so they need to check this with them.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
Amelai triggers the notifications straight away so if your employee receive the notifications much later this is not issue with Amelia they must reach out to their mail provider.
Just in case we will test this so please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
You are using third-party plugin for sending notifications
We can only help in case that you are using SMTP. So you have 2 option to reach out to WP mail support team so that they can check this on their end. But as me mentioned same settings are used for all type of notifications so this is most likely related to your employee mail and its mail provider not to WP mail. Most likely there is nothing that they can do but you can check just in case.
