I'm facing this error while trying to import my excel file, even that the head columns are the same I still see this error, please reply me soon as possible!
1. The first error where it says that some of the Headers are not matching exactly with the existing Headers of the Table.
Can you please check when you go into each Column Display settings of your existing Table in our Plugin, is there maybe any Header which has a different "Displayed header name" compared to the "origin Header name"?
If that happens, it might explain why that error comes up.
So please check and let me know are all the origin Header names exactly the same as those from the Spreadsheet you are trying to update the table with the upload?
2. The second error "Gateway timeout 504", this is most probably coming from your Hosting server reaching a "TimeOut" limit.
Can you tell me how many rows do you have in the file you are trying to upload/import?
Data that has more than few thousand rows ( approximatelly more than ~5 thousand) can sometimes not be imported in this way directly via the plugin ( depending on the server) - this is a limitation that is coming from WordPress itself combined with server performance.
But there is a solution.
What you can do is, if you get errors, and it does not work importing directly through our plugin, you can then import the file, in form of Excel, CSV, or spreadsheet directly in your database via your database management tool, such as PhPMyAdmin.
Then you will be able to create a simple SQL query based table from this database table, by using this query (for example):
SELECT * FROM table_Name
But then, you will lose the ability to update the Manual table via file upload directly from our Plugin, because that feature is not available for SQL Query tables.
If you need to keep doing that, and if your hosting server is reaching the "Time out" PHP limits;
you can first check what is your current PHP TimeOut limit, you can do see it in our System Info Page in the back-end Dashboard.
For example, if it is set to only 60, reach out to your Hosting provider and see if they can increase it for you.
For example, if you are trying a file upload which has a lot of rows ( let's say more than 5 thousand rows) and you reach your Hosting server limitations, even when increasing the "PHP TimeOut" values;
In this case, if you need to have our feature to 'update existing Manual table from file upload', the only workaround can be to try and 'split up' your data into multiple Sheets.
Let's say if you had 5000 rows, and you can split this up into two two Sheets, each has 2500 rows.
Now, you might be able to update the data in the table while not reaching your hosting server "TimeOut" limits.
So you can use the "Add rows to the current table data" method, then add the data like that, first use Sheet 1, then Sheet 2, and split up the data like that.
I hope that might help along with other details from the previous reply.
I am delighted to hear that this has been resolved. Thank you for letting us know.

In regards to importing the data via a file,

Hi Halit,
Sorry, I wanted to add just one more detail.
