Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm noticing that you have WP mail configured for the email settings. This is only recommended if you have a third-party SMTP plugin configured. Otherwise, emails sent with this email protocol are usually flagged as spam and it takes more time to be sent. Instead, we recommend the SMTP protocol. You can find more information on this link. Make sure that the configuration is correct and let me know if it works.

May i also ask for the WP admin credentials? 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Thanks for the credentials. I've done some tests and the emails are working properly each time I book a place for an event. See the screenshots -

According to this, emails are working properly. I even went ahead and add my email to the Notifications field "send all notifications to additional emails", this is also working properly.

In that case, you would need to add the employee in "staff" field in Event settings. 

This will allow your employee to receive notifications regarding this event.
