Thanks for reaching out to us. Have you tried disabling the caching plugin? It 99 percent of the cases, it's the caching plugin that is creating a conflict with Amelia, and thus the booking form is not displayed properly?
Disabling the plugin didn't work. I'm using the Elementor Pro builder.
Originally, I placed the short code within a tab widget but after recreating the page using the default WordPress builder, I was able to view the categories in Amelia.
Indeed, just recently stumbled upon the issues with the shortcode when a page is created with the tab widget. Apparently, it's the order issue, it only saves the last order of shortcodes created. This has been already forwarded to the developers and it will be fixed in future updates.
Whenever myself or a guest loads the page, Amelia doesn't load at all, it only shows an empty space.
I tried testing it a separate post.. .. loads in Google chrome (sometimes)
i've tried checking for conflicts between other plugins too.

Do you usually have issues with Elementor ?
