Hello, I have configured notifications but my customer receives nothing when booking with WP amelia, yet if I test, I receive as a customer the confirmation email but the company does not receive the registration. Can you please help me?
Thanks for reaching out to us. The email settings that we usually recommend are SMTP settings, but there are a couple of options. These are the settings that we usually recommend -
SMTP Host – smtp.gmail.com
SMTP Port – 587
SMTP Secure – TLS
SMTP Username – Your Gmail address
SMTP Password – Your App password (details about setting up an app password can be found in the yellow notice section below)
Please, try changing the email settings to these parameters and let me know if it works.
