When clients book a session with us through Amelia, we send a welcome email. The welcome email stopped being sent today. I tried testing it and in the back end, hitting "Send Test Email" works fine for all our notifications, except the Welcome email. When I reduce the length of the Welcome email to about 540 characters, it sends the test. When it's more than that, it doesn't send. It's an odd problem - hoping you can help, we're running the latest version 7.7.1. Also, it doesn't appear to be anything to do with special characters.

In creating the video, I discovered it wasn't the length of email but some hidden characters in the email text which was somehow interfering with the sending. Retyping from scratch some of the email fixed the problem.
