In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

I upgraded wpdatatables plugin lite to premium. But when I click on any tab on the menu, it starts to load but never finishes. I can only view its dashboard. Also, I didn't have this problem before switching to premium.

We had a couple of users with this issue after updating.
It seems it is a cache issue which happens on specific sites.
Can you please purge all cache of your Site, then try again, let us know if that solves the issue?

I spoke with our developers again, we would like to investigate this because multiple users reported the same issue.
Now, for all of them so far, they purge cache of the Site and/or the browser and the issue gets resolved somehow, but it is strange that we never had this happen before to our users, it seems it only started happening now when they update or install the 6.6.1 version.
So, please check, if you still have not resolved this, can you see any error when you load the browser developer console?
If you can also send us Wp-Admin access so we can inspect the issue from our end remotely.
If so :
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
