    I am trying to st up the classes. I am offering an OSHA 30 class over 4 days. The scroll down only offers 24 as in 24 hours a day. I need 30 hours over 4 days.

    Unfortunately, currently this feature is not available in Amelia. Amelia is built for appointments not for multi day booking and rentals so the longest period of time that one appointment can last is 24 hours. The only other option that we can offer you at this time is to try and use events feature. You can read more about ot on this link https://wpamelia.com/working-with-events/.

    If I upgrade to pro, does Package work for booking multiple days?

    Hello again,

    When you have several questions or issues please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions that are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily. 

    Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.

    No, that is why we suggested that you try out events. Packages are the same as single appointments you just sell them in a bundle. So you can set that appointment last 24 hours and a customer can book for example 4 days in a row so they will technically book 96 hours in a row. But with packages you can not make them to do this they can book 2 days now and 2 days next week for example. We do not have option top force them to book 4 days in a row.

    I saw it as the same problem I'm trying to solve. but fine next time I will open a new ticket. I feel like a tottler who has just been told off! not good customer service!

    Hello again,

    That was not our attention at all and we have kindly explained some reasons why we have this kind of policy. There is several more for example if someone is out of the office or in vacation take over a ticket they will start reading it from the first conversation and it will be very confusing for them to help. Even I start to read the ticket each time from the starts and it wastes a lot of time since the new question is at the top but since we reply to hundreds ticket each day we can remember what was the issue on that ticket and you need to read it all over again from the first question and after a ten minutes you see that this is related to latest post only and so own. That is why we this policy and it is the same for all 70000+ user. All in the direction od providing better and faster customer support not the other way around. But we do apologise if you felt that way,
