Thanks for reaching out to us. By default, each event created in the backend will be displayed on the front end unless you use a different shortcode to display events. You can use the other shortcodes, for example, these ones -
[ameliaeventslistbooking event=1] if you want to show only the Event with the ID: 1,
[ameliaeventslistbooking event=1 recurring=1] if you want to show the booking form for the Event with ID 1 which also shows recurring events,
[ameliaeventslistbooking tag='physics'] if you want to show the booking form for all Events that include the tag ‘physics’.
You can manually add the attendees for each events in the backend, but if use this shortcode [ameliaeventslistbooking] all of them will be visible on the front end.
Yes, that's correct. By default, they always receive an email, unless you decide to turn this off manually. In Notification settings, there is this option "Notify the customers by default"
