I tried to edit the title and the description on the google calendar integration settings, but it did not work. The new event title and even description was saved in the page, but upon testing the name of the even is still just the service name and there is nothing from the description included anywhere.
I also tried editing the group-appointment-details and setting that as the title and/or description without success.
Can you please go in and help me to make the service name - customer full name as the title?

It was working and we actually did setup the employee calendar in the past, so do you know what would cause it to become “unhooked” in the employee area? Possibly at an update??

Yes, I did copy pasted it and the coupon did not work at the time.
If you want that appointments show in their personal calendar yes they must be connected to it. And no, update can not cause this this can be done only manually by admin, manager or employee. If it is the same issue we can continue here of course if you have some new questions or issues you can open a new one.

Are you trying to tell me that we should not use Amelia coupons but instead use woo commerce because Amelia coupons are not going into the woo commerce store tracking?
let me know if this is the case. It would only effect the 0.00 transactions or 100% off coupons because we have had partial coupons still push into woo.
Amelia and WooCommerce each have their own separate coupon system.
Woo coupons can only be used in Woo Cart,
and vice-versa, Amelia's coupons can only be used in Amelia's Payment Step.

if you enable coupons in Amelia's settings/Payment settings

Now, if a customer uses the Amelia Coupon on the Amelia's Payment step, it will be successfully applied :
But if we don't use it while in Amelia, and hit the "Continue" button when it says "You will be redirected to the payment cart/checkout",
then WooCommerce completely takes over the Payment process,
and once we get redirected to the WooCommerce cart, only Woo coupons can be applied there.
If a customer tries to use Amelia's coupon code here, it will not be recognized.
But, if you made a WooCommerce coupon for this Product that is connected to this Service, then a customer can apply the WooCommerce coupon on the Cart.

They have re-connected the calendar to the employee and it’s working now.
I will keep an eye on this for other sites because that’s not a good bug.
Anyway hopefully we won’t have the problem return in the future.
