Thanks for reaching out to us. The description won't be visible on the step-by-step booking form, unfortunately, but it's visible on the other booking forms. For example, this is how it looks on the catalog booking form 

So, currently, you can use this booking form, but please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page,  to see if someone may have already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.
