Thank you for reaching out to us. I would suggest going through all the steps regarding the Whatsapp configuration that you can find on thisĀ link. It's a longer process, but each step is important, so make sure you don't skip any. You need to have a separate phone number configured for Whatsapp configuration since from the moment when it's used, you won't be able to use it in private. If you use your private number, it can be assigned, but it will be only for business purposes.
