We use Amelia on WooCommerce for our Centre where we offer Reiki and Massage treatments.
In Amelia -> Payment Settings, we use "WooCommerce" as Default Payment Method.
Since a few weeks, we have a recurring issue whereby the customers would request us to book their next appointment in the backend instead of they doing their booking for the next appointment themselves.
We tried to duplicate their existing appointment, but the "On-Site" payment method is automatically be chosen instead of "WooCommerce" Payment Method.
below are the screenshots:
1. Existing appointment
2. Existing appointment is linked to a wooCommerce Order & "WooCommerce" is the Payment Method.
3. Duplicated appointment is NOT linked to a wooCommerce Order & "On-Site " is being set as the Payment Method.
Can you please guide me how to fix this, so that we can duplicate an existing appointment and process the payment for the corresponding appointment on WooCommerce as it is currently happening for the appointments made directly by the customers.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
For this purpose, please check if you have a payment link option enabled for that specific service and also o, for duplicated appointment, you will have to set the appointment status to pending.
No we do not have a payment link for the services we offer. The customers pay either CASH or by Bank Transfer
We use WooCommerce for the payment method, as we have an integration with QuickBooks accounting system.
Please help us so that we duplicate an existing Amelia appointment, a corresponding WooCommerce order is created and the payment method is set to Woocmmerce.
Please note that the payment link option allows for the WC orders to be created when an appointment has been made on the back end. That is why I mentioned the payment link option in my previous response.

Hello Roshan,
Please note that the payment link option allows for the WC orders to be created when an appointment has been made on the back end. That is why I mentioned the payment link option in my previous response.
Let me know if that helped you.
